适用范围
本隐私政策适用于哈基科技旗下以下应用及服务：
- AppStore 相关应用
- （后续新增应用将持续在本政策中更新）
若某款应用存在额外或不同的数据收集、权限请求或评级要求，我们将在对应应用的“附录”中做出特别说明。
1. 我们收集的信息
1.1 个人信息
- 账户信息：当您创建账户或使用存储功能时，我们可能会收集您的邮箱地址或用户名。
- 应用内购买：交易详情（如购买日期、产品 ID），但不收集支付卡号（由 App Store 处理）。
1.2 使用数据
分析数据：通过 Apple App Analytics 及第三方工具（如 Firebase Analytics）收集您使用应用的情况（功能使用频率、崩溃报告等）。
1.3 设备数据
设备标识符：设备型号、操作系统版本、唯一设备标识符（UID）等，用于诊断与性能优化。
1.4 权限
照片和相机：仅在您使用取色功能导入图片时才会请求。所有处理均在设备本地完成，不会上传到服务器。
2. 我们如何使用您的信息
- 提供与改进服务：运行应用、修复问题、优化功能体验。
- 支持与沟通：回复您的咨询，发送重要通知（安全更新、政策变更等）。
- 数据分析：了解使用模式，以数据驱动产品迭代。
3. 数据共享与披露
- 服务提供商：向协助运营应用的第三方（如分析、崩溃上报服务）提供必要数据，合作方需遵守保密义务。
- 法律要求：在法律或司法要求下披露或应对安全威胁时披露必要信息。

- 选择退出：在设备设置中关闭“共享应用分析”即可停止部分数据收集。

Welcome to the Haki Tech Privacy Policy. This policy explains how Haki Tech and its subsidiaries (collectively, “we” or “Haki Tech”) collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile apps and related services.
Scope
This policy applies to the following Haki Tech applications and services:
- AppStore related Apps
- (Future apps will be added here as they become available)
Any app-specific data practices or permission requests will be detailed in an “Appendix” for that app.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Personal Data
- Account Information: Email address or username when you create an account or use storage features.
- In-App Purchases: Transaction details (purchase date, product ID), excluding payment card numbers (processed by the App Store).
1.2 Usage Data
Analytics data via Apple App Analytics and third-party tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics) on feature usage, crash reports, etc.
1.3 Device Data
Device identifiers: model, OS version, unique device ID for diagnostics and performance improvement.
1.4 Permissions
Photos & Camera: Requested only when you import images for color picking; all processing is local and not uploaded.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Service delivery & improvement: app operation, bug fixes, feature optimization.
- Support & communication: respond to inquiries, send important notices (updates, policy changes).
- Data analysis: understand usage patterns to drive product development.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
- Service Providers: Shared with third parties that assist in analytics or crash reporting under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal Compliance: Disclosed when required by law or to address security threats.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data may be transferred but will remain subject to this policy.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard measures (encryption, access controls) to protect your data, but no method is 100% secure.
5. Your Rights

- Deletion: You may request account/data deletion at any time; we will comply within legal limits.
- Opt-Out: Disable “Share App Analytics” in device settings to stop certain data collection.
